Remote Online Notarization (RON)

As a commissioned New Jersey Notary Public, we are authorized to perform online notarizations for signers located in New Jersey, other U.S. states, and internationally — provided the document is eligible and meets legal requirements.

📌  New Jersey law does not permit RON for wills, codicils, pour-over wills, or other testamentary documents. These require in-person notarization with original wet ink signatures. Documents notarized via RON are not eligible for NJ apostille processing.

Apostilles and authentications certify the origin of public documents for use in foreign countries. We guide clients through each step — from document review to final delivery.

📌  An apostille must be issued by the state where the document was originally issued or notarized. New Jersey can only issue apostilles for New Jersey documents. If your document was issued in another state, we facilitate submission to the appropriate state or federal agency on your behalf.

Apostille — Hague Countries
Documents are routed to the appropriate state authority. For New Jersey documents, processing is handled through the NJ Department of the Treasury, Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services.
Out-of-State Apostille

Get in touch with us to schedule your apostille appointment or fill out the Apostille Order Form. Or you can send us your documents using our free pre-paid USPS shipping label.

Certain documents require notarization before they can receive an apostille. If you have vital records, we'll verify them to ensure they meet all apostille requirements. We notarize in-person.

Secretary of State
We'll handle the submission of your documents to the Secretary of State or equivalent office in the state where the documents were issued. This step confirms the authenticity of the signature and seal on your documents, adding another layer of validation.

Federal Authentication
Once your documents have received state authentication, we'll forward them to the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C. for federal level authentication. We'll track the progress of your documents through the federal authentication process and keep you updated on their status.

Consular Legalization
As the final step, we'll submit your authenticated documents to the embassy or consulate of the destination country. This step ensures that your documents meet the specific legal requirements of the foreign country and will be recognized by their authorities.
