Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Secure Notarization from Anywhere
We offer secure Remote Online Notarization (RON) via BlueNotary, a compliant RON technology platform. RON allows eligible documents to be notarized digitally using a secure audio-visual connection.
During a RON session, your identity is verified through multi-factor authentication and credential analysis. Signatures are witnessed electronically and the notarial certificate is applied digitally. Signers may be located anywhere.
- Available to signers anywhere in the world
- Identity verified via multi-factor authentication
- Legally valid under New Jersey law
- Performed via BlueNotary platform
Important: RON is not permitted for wills, codicils, or testamentary documents under NJ UETA. Documents notarized via RON are not eligible for NJ apostille processing, which requires a wet ink signature. Acceptance is determined by the receiving institution.
Apostille & Authentication
International Document Authentication
We facilitate both Hague and non-Hague apostille processing for documents intended for international use. Services include state apostilles, federal apostilles, and full legalization for non-Hague countries. For urgent requests, your documents are processed and submitted the same day they are received. We expedite every step within our control to keep your documents moving without delay. Note: Consulate and embassy processing times are set by those agencies and are not guaranteed. - State apostille processing: We coordinate with the appropriate state office to obtain the apostille certification for your documents.
- Embassy legalization (if applicable) For countries that require additional authentication, we manage the legalization process through the proper channels.
- Completion & Delivery Your completed documents are returned to you securely and ready for international use. We keep you informed at every stage so you always know the status of your documents and what comes next.
Note: Final acceptance of documents is determined by the receiving government or institution. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by government agency delays.
