Service Pricing
All prices shown are starting service fees. Final pricing is confirmed after document review. Notarial fees, travel fees, and applicable add-ons are separate.
Mobile & Remote Online Notarization
We travel to your location throughout New Jersey. All documents must be signed in the presence of the notary at the time of the appointment. Travel fees are in addition to the notary service fee and are confirmed at booking.
Mobile Notary
We travel to your home, office, hospital, or care facility. Travel fees are based on distance from Trenton, NJ and are charged in addition to the notary service fee.
Online Notarization (RON)
Conducted via BlueNotary, an authorized RON platform under New Jersey law. Identity is verified through credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication (KBA). Sessions are recorded for compliance. New Jersey law does not permit RON for wills, codicils, or other testamentary documents — these require in-person notarization with wet ink signatures.
Apostille & Document Authentication
Pricing varies by jurisdiction and urgency. NJ apostilles are handled in-house with predictable turnaround. Out-of-state orders require coordination with that state’s Secretary of State — timelines vary. Non-Hague legalization is a separate, high-complexity process priced accordingly. NJ State Apostille
For documents issued in New Jersey — birth certificates, death certificates, marriage licenses, notarized documents, and other NJ-issued records. We hand-deliver directly to the NJ Secretary of State and manage the full process.
Out-of-State Apostille
For documents issued in another state. We prepare and mail your documents to the appropriate Secretary of State on your behalf — no travel required on your end. We consult with you first to set accurate expectations, as every state has its own procedures and timelines.
Destination matters. If the receiving country is not a Hague Convention member, an apostille alone is not sufficient. Embassy legalization — a multi-step authentication process — is required instead. This is a fundamentally different and more involved process, reflected in the pricing below.
Embassy Legalization & Non-Hague Authentication
When your destination country is not a Hague Convention member, the document must go through a multi-step chain: notarization, state-level authentication, U.S. Department of State certification, and embassy or consulate legalization. We coordinate this entire process on your behalf.
FBI Background Check Apostille
Commonly required for visas, employment, or residency abroad. A multi-stage process: obtain your FBI Identity History Summary, authenticate it, then coordinate the apostille through the U.S. Department of State. We guide you through every step including submission, tracking, and return. A $75 deposit is required to begin processing.
Estate Planning Notarization
Pricing varies based on document type, number of signers, travel, time of appointment, and whether after-hours or facility visits are required. Contact us to discuss your documents and receive an exact quote before scheduling. A $75 deposit is required to secure your appointment. All estate planning appointments are in-person only — RON is not permitted for wills or testamentary documents under New Jersey law.
Courier, Translation & Printing
Supporting services available alongside or separate from notarization. No appointment required for translation services — submit your documents and receive a quote.
Document Delivery
We offer pickup and drop-off within 25 miles of Trenton, NJ, starting at $125. Same-day availability based on schedule — contact us to confirm. Mail-in service available for out-of-area clients. Shipping and handling fees are separate and billed at carrier cost plus a handling fee.
Additional Services
No appointment required for translation services. Submit your documents via our translation request form, receive a quote after document review, and pay directly through the form. Notarized Certificate of Accuracy included. On-site printing available at time of appointment — confirm availability when booking.
