Mobile Notary

No need to take time out of your day to find a notary; we bring the service directly to you at a time that fits your schedule. We serve individuals, professionals, and businesses throughout Mercer County and surrounding New Jersey areas including Morris, Passaic, Bergen, Union, Monmouth, Middlesex, and Burlington counties. All documents are signed in the presence of the notary, ensuring your notarization is legally valid and compliant with New Jersey law. A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Online Notarization (RON)
Remote Online Notarization allows you to have documents notarized from anywhere using a computer, tablet, or smartphone — no in-person visit required. Sessions are conducted securely through BlueNotary, an authorized RON platform under New Jersey law. Identity is verified through credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication (KBA), and the session is recorded for compliance. RON is ideal for clients who are out of state, traveling, or unable to meet in person. Please note that wills and testamentary documents are not eligible for RON under New Jersey law and require an in-person appointment.
Apostille & Authentication
An apostille certifies the authenticity of a document for use in another country. We coordinate state apostilles for documents issued in New Jersey, federal apostilles through the U.S. Department of State, and FBI apostilles for background checks. For countries not part of the Hague Convention, we coordinate embassy legalization and authentication on your behalf. We work with documents from all 50 states and guide you through every step of the process, from document preparation to submission and return. Wet ink signatures are required — documents notarized via RON are not eligible for apostille processing.
Estate Planning Notarization
Estate planning documents require precision, discretion, and strict compliance with New Jersey law. We notarize wills, trusts, financial and healthcare powers of attorney, living wills, advance directives, and holographic wills. Under New Jersey law, wills and financial powers of attorney require two witnesses in addition to notarization — witness coordination is available at $35 per witness. All estate planning appointments are conducted in person; Remote Online Notarization is not permitted for wills or testamentary documents under NJ law. We recommend contacting us in advance to review your documents and confirm all requirements before your appointment.
FBI Background Check Apostille
An FBI background check apostille is required when submitting a federal criminal history record for use in another country. The process involves obtaining your FBI Identity History Summary, having it authenticated, and then coordinating the apostille through the U.S. Department of State. We guide you through each step of this multi-stage process, including document preparation, submission, and tracking. Standard and expedited processing options are available depending on your timeline. A $75 deposit is required to begin processing your FBI apostille order.
Courier, Translation & Printing
We offer a full range of document support services beyond notarization. Our courier service provides pickup and drop-off within 20 miles of Trenton, NJ, starting at $125 — ideal for time-sensitive documents that need to reach a specific destination quickly. Certified translation coordination is available through our trusted partner, Idiomatic Translations, with a notarized Certificate of Accuracy included. No appointment is required for translation services — simply submit your documents and receive a quote. On-site printing is also available for clients who need documents prepared at the time of their appointment.
