Our role is to properly notarize your documents within the scope of New Jersey notarial law, so you can move forward with confidence.

Our Professional Standards

Accuracy & Completeness

We review documents for notarial completeness — not legal sufficiency — to help prevent delays or rejections, while staying strictly within the notary's role.

NJ Law Compliance

All notarizations are performed in full compliance with New Jersey notarial laws, including proper identity verification, signer presence, and required notarial acts.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality and professionalism. Documents are securely deleted within 14 days of service completion.

Clear Communication

We explain the notarization process, what is required at the appointment, and what to expect — so there are no surprises at the signing table.

Respect for Legal Boundaries

We do not provide legal advice, draft documents, or review documents for legal sufficiency. Our role is to properly notarize signatures and support the signing process.

Client-Centered Service

Appointments are handled with punctuality, patience, and sensitivity — particularly in emotionally significant situations such as hospital or hospice signings.

📌 Why Notarize a Will in New Jersey? Notarization of a Last Will & Testament is not legally required in New Jersey — but having it notarized creates a self-proving affidavit, which allows the court to accept the will during probate without needing to locate and contact the witnesses. This can significantly simplify and speed up the probate process for your family. It is one of the most practical steps you can take at the time of signing.
📌 Witness Requirements: In New Jersey, a Last Will & Testament requires two witnesses at the time of signing. While NJ law does not require witnesses to be unrelated parties, using neutral witnesses is strongly recommended to avoid potential challenges during probate. Witnesses may be provided upon request for $35.00 per witness, or clients may bring their own. Witness requirements for other documents vary — please confirm with your attorney prior to your appointment.
