Our Process

Step 1: Order & Document Submission

Begin by completing our secure order form and uploading your documents, or submit physical copies to our office.
For mailed submissions, we provide a complimentary shipping label for your convenience.

We review your documents to confirm the issuing authority, destination country, and required processing type.

Step 2: Document Review & Preparation

Each document is carefully reviewed to ensure it meets all apostille or legalization requirements.
If notarization is required, it is completed before submission to avoid delays.

Step 3: Apostille or Federal Processing

We submit your documents to the appropriate authority based on document type:

• State Apostilles
  Submitted to the Secretary of State, where the document was issued or notarized. NJ Apostille (New Jersey Documents)
  Applies only to documents issued or notarized in New Jersey; state fees and turnaround times are subject to change. Out-of-State Apostille Facilitation
  Pricing varies by state, document type, and processing time; state fees are not included unless noted.

• FBI Apostilles (Federal)
  FBI background checks are submitted directly to the U.S. Department of State for apostille certification. Federal Apostille / Authentication
  Federal fees and processing times are set by the U.S. Department of State and are not controlled by this office.

• Non-Hague Legalization
  For countries not part of the Hague Convention, we manage the full authentication process, including embassy or consulate legalization.

Step 4: Processing & Status Updates

You’ll receive updates throughout the process, including confirmation of submission, processing status, and completion notice.

Estimated Processing Times: Non-Hague Countries: 4–8 weeks. Priority handling may be available. The receiving agency and country requirements determine final timelines. Attestation & Consular Legalizations starting at $325

Estimated Processing Times: Hague Countries: Apostilles & Certifications Costs

• Standard Processing (4-5 business days): starting at $195

• Priority Processing (1-2 business days): starting at $295

• Expedited Processing (same-day business days): starting at $495

• Step 5: Return or Delivery

Once completed, your documents may be:

• Picked up in person

• Shipped back via trackable carrier

• Delivered locally or shipped internationally, if requested

Shipping fees apply.

Step 6: Certified Translation (If Required)

If the destination country requires translated documents, we coordinate certified translation services so your paperwork is fully compliant and ready for use.
